Digital sovereignty is one of the big topics of this conference. In his opening keynote, Peter Ganten from Univention GmbH and board member of the Open Source Business Alliance looks at how we can regain and secure this sovereignty – and what role open source software plays in this.

In his closing keynote, Bracken Mosbacker takes a look at the interoperability of learning platforms and how the LTI standard helps with this. Mosbacker is a senior LTI engineer at the IMS Global Learning Consortium and has been instrumental in the development of the standard.
